We have all gone through a very challenging experience these past few years. Everyone's experience, however similar, has also been unique and different from everyone else's. While COVID might have exposed many different feelings and struggles, that left you feeling scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, anxious, or any other complicated emotion, we also know that COVID is and was not always the only reason these feelings came about.

Your feelings are valid, no matter what they are and no matter the reason for them. 

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building resilience during this pandemic .
